TRAIN UP A CHILD in the way he should go:
Abraham was called the friend of God not because the Word of the LORD came to him and he believed the LORD which was accounted to him for Righteousness: Gleaning the context of Genesis 15:4 and 18:19 cf 26:5, Abraham would command his children and his household after him, to obey the voice of the LORD GOD, to keep the Way of the LORD, and GOD’s Charge concerning His Commandments, His Statutes, and His Laws, to do Justice and Judgmentsjust like Abraham himself was doing. For this reason, the reason of bringing (training) up his children, Abraham was called the friend of GOD. All who believe in GOD, as the Scripture has said, are accounted to Abraham for children. They may be called friends of GOD only if they train up their children in the ways of GOD. GOD’s children do what Abraham did and following Proverbs 22:26. It is written, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:26 was not a Statute for only the parents but all the godly people, who are responsible for children in any place, among a people group or a community of people. Notice five specific words the Scripture utilizes in this command pointed to instill godly moral ethic in a child: “Train UP… in the Way…”.
The word “Train” is from the Hebrew prime root word, chanak (khaw-nak: Strong 2595 cf 2614). The word is a concept evoking the chocking by suffocation, to throttle what exposes to a child, including the means of exposure, anything that is evil, immoral and ungodly, during the initiation of a child to life and living at every stage of their growing. In other words, it is the method of discipline by the dedication of a child to the Way of GOD. The word Way, the Hebrew word is one of the Ten Words found in Psalm 119 known to the Jews as the Great Hebrew Alphabet Psalms. Way: Derek (Strong: 1870: from darak: 1869), apart from the act of walking (journeying) is mostly concerned with and evokes, Character, Conduct, and Customs that govern life and living with GOD. The word first appears in Genesis 3:24. In Psalm 119, it appears first in Verse 1, and appearing 13 times. In The New Testament, it is the Greek term hodos: (Strong: 3598), first appearing in Matthew 2:12 cf 3:8.
With this understanding of the Scripture and training of children, OTIC Inc., focuses very seriously, on the Way and what it encompasses. We know that GOD is Love and Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life: We train up our children to wrap themselves in and with LOVE, to preserve life of each individual human person who has value and worth. GOD of the Bible is LOVE. His people love even their enemies. We are commanded to love others as we love ourselves. One who loves oneself cannot kill or blow up oneself. Besides, one cannot hate and love at the same time. We cannot afford to train up our children to include taking their own lives by suicide bombing that takes other people’s lives as an expression of hate and anger of people who do not believe what we believe.
We follow Jesus’ example in Mathew 19:13-14 besides other instructions: We lay hands on all our children, pray for them and bless them. In His earthly public ministry, the LORD Jesus taught, fed, and blessed the kids of His time. He demonstrated that the Kingdom of GOD had come and He is the King ruling with heavenly love filled with godly moral ethic dispelling ignorance, sinful living, poverty and disease from those around Him. Our Mission to the children is the opportunity to give access to hear the gospel so that they might believe on the Name of the LORD and be given the power to become children of GOD, who are able to develop a personal daily relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, the SON of GOD. This ministry respects the worth of children amid our contemporary human society infested with liberal ideas antithetic to godliness.
OTIC Inc., believes that nurturing children utilizing Christ’s paradigm has inadvertent far reaching goals. As the children grow to become parents, the godly spiritual formation they receive at child time impact communities, and in the long run entire nations, reducing ignorance, sinful living, poverty and disease. OTIC Inc., has a Child Sponsorship Program. Our sponsorship program links the sponsor directly to the child or children being sponsored. The sponsor and the sponsored kid(s) get to know one another by names and photographs. They may write to one another, freely exchanging photographs and other types of communication.

Spiritually, as Spirit filled Christians, we learn to become creative, to turn whatever we have into tools of evangelism, for our kind of war.
