Rev. Joel Walehwa, M.Div., is the founder and  overseer of Occupy Till I Come (OTIC) Inc.  He is the fifteenth son of seventeen siblings.  He was born to a tribal clan chief who was also the medicine-man. Joel stands here, with his family: From left of the picture, Pastor Joel; their daughter Jacquelyn Janelle Maree; their first born, Joel Jr. Case, in the center; Pastor Joel's wife, Amanda Maree Walehwa; and to the right of the picture, their middle son, Josiah David Walehwa:  That should not be confusing, with son Joel Jr. in the center---a website joke!!!

Rev. Walehwa prefers to be called Brother Joel.  He became a public school teacher and a preacher, during the Idi Amin’s rule in Uganda, till he escaped to the US, in 1976.  Rev. Walehwa opened doors for Ralph Wilkerson to visit Uganda, to see Idi Amin, in June of 1978. In 1988, Brother Joel was kidnapped and held in captivity for months, accused of high treason.  He faced death, as one of the prisoners of the Marxist rule that following Idi Amin’s regime.  The US Government was able to intervene successfully, for his freedom, in October of 1990.  Joel returned to the US in 1991.  He spent one year with his family, recovering from the kidnap ordeal.  After which, for for 8 years, till 1999, Rev. Walehwa spent time in Seminaries studying and preparing for ministry he was ordained by GOD to fulfill.  In 2000, Rev. Joel Walehwa completed the required training for a Certified Candidacy, in the Oklahoma Conference of United Methodist Church (UMC), for an Ordained Elder.

God has used Brother Joel in many different local church denominations, bringing revivals in America.  He, is currently establishing, in Uganda, a Worship Center with Internet High Definition Protocol allowing for Satellite Campus Fellowship a Multi-faceted Academic Education and Long Distance Learning Center for mankind, including orphans, widows, the hungry, the destitute, and the marginalized.  Child Disciples are already in training in his Uganda village of birth, Muhuyu, Buwesa.  Rev.
